Understanding is when one sees another soul for what it is. A deep connection exists in this understanding. It's inexplicable. Perhaps to say, "I see you" can express fully to that other soul that you understand them completely. All fears, desires, walls, shames, loves, frustrations, beauty, and joys are opened up; you are vulnerable. All of these, to be understood by those close to you, must be visible. They will see you and love you.
